Generative AI

Context: Add a genAI feature to help legal professionals create case summaries and synopsis.
User selects the AI option to review the content suggested.
User can also rate the AI-generated content and add their feedback. This feeds back into the learning model to improve the AI functionality.
After user decides to add the AI-content to synopsis, it's marked for review and audit purposes.

Pendo guide

Context: Create an onboarding guide for new users with a checklist of the tasks they'd need to complete.
Welcome users and present options
Once user made a selection, present the tasks related to each category and make sure they can exit at any time
Once user selects a task, walk them through it step by step
Once user completes the entire journey, commend them and advise on where they can get additional help
If user had selected "Do this later" on the initial step, guide them to the Help tab so they can explore the product at their own pace whenever they want to

Client collaboration

Context: Automated client collaboration cloud solution for Document sharing and client questionnaire. There was a lot of accessibility issues with this design that I identified and helped resolve.
