I am a content designer and strategist with broad experience in designing content and writing effective copy that solves user problems, as well as complements design directives and the user journey. That in addition to managing and editing content. A good example of content I typically work on is: marketing content, retail and SAAS product pages, plans and pricing pages, in-product content, marketing articles, online help pages, release notes, multimedia storyboards and scripts. I'm also an avid videographer.
I understand content strategy and cognitive psychology and have collaborated with UX designers to adopt design thinking methodology to deliver designs and conduct user research. I know how to fix problematic copy and smooth over tone or style discrepancies.
I excelled at working with subject-matter experts to gather information, identify relevant data, and write content that is clear, concise, and audience-oriented. I am very adept with various editors and tools (Sketch, Abstract, Figma, Adobe XD, AED, Pendo, Miro, Lucid Charts, JIRA, ADO, Aha, Camtasia, WordPress, InDesign, WalkMe, Moovly, to name a few), that, in addition to my superior communication, interviewing, and presentation abilities.
I am also familiar with web accessibility compliance guardrails and guidelines, as well as optimization techniques and the best practices for writing digital content.
